Sharing Diagnostic Imaging from an iOs Device to Imaging Worklist

The feature is intended for sharing visible light images in a US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act(HIPAA) secure environment with expert consultants.

The DG Suite telemedicine/telehealth platform was developed by DICOM Grid (Phoenix, AZ, USA). The new “medical selfie” feature is intended for use in dermatology and wound care applications.

For example, patients or referring physicians can snap a shot of a burn, wound, or other injury and share it with a specialty provider in minutes.
